Delilah Noir :- Once Bitten, Twice Shy

Delilah was sent to me by a very very good friend, I've had her maybe a month
now and she is delightful. (I don't know HOW she parted with her, except she
knew I really really wanted one)

Delilah Noir is made by Ashton Drake, their website is
http://www.delilahnoir.com/

She is about 16" so a perfect companion for Ellowyne, plus she can wear
Ellowynes clothes which is a big bonus for me.

She is a bjd and strung together rather than jointed, it means she cannot sit
very well BUT she can stand on her own. For safety though I have found the old
style Ellowyne stands fit her very nicely.

She is a wigged doll, all the pictures below on my blog are of the same doll!! You can
also change her eyes which is cool but i'm yet to get around to this. This
particular model is called Once Bitten, Twice Shy. She comes with two outfits, a
cute pink jumper and jeans combo with a blonde ponytailed wig and a black 'bat'
dress with a black wig and some removeable fangs. The change from one look to
another is quite incredible.

I really love my latest doll, (my last for a while) she is so sweet looking, and
I just can't stop looking at her!

My Review of the My Memories Digital Scrapbook Software

The lovely people at www.mymemories.com gave me a copy of of their wonderful digital scrapbooking software to try out.

I've had a few weeks to play around with it and I've been really impressed! It takes no time at all to make a really stunning layout with all your pictures, really just a matter of minutes! When you open the software it prompts you to either open one of your projects, start something new or use a template. The software comes ready with a selection of backgrounds, frames, embellishments and fonts. There is an exhaustive choice of layouts for your photographs and it is very simple to drag and drop your uploaded photographs. When you have finished your page or set of pages you can print it out, save it as a jpeg to email to friends, display on your blog etc or even have it professionally printed in an album. If you have never been successful with photo software then do not worry this is SO much easier to work with. The best part is you will never run out of exciting themes as the My Memories website has a huge selection of backgrounds and embellishments with new items listed every week as well as special offers and even free items. I was so impressed with the software this week when I used it to make my mums birthday card as I'd forgotten to buy one, I printed it out and it looked fantastic, she loved having a personalised card too!

Happy Halloween!
